Article 1 (Purpose)
These terms and conditions aim to establish the conditions and procedures for using all services provided by LaunchPad (hereinafter "Service"), as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between members and the Service.
Article 2 (Definitions)
- "Service" refers to the tester exchange platform for Google Play closed testing.
- "Member" refers to a person who has agreed to these terms and registered for the Service.
- "Exchange" refers to the activity of fulfilling each other's app testing requirements through mutual test participation between members.
- "Tester" refers to a member who participates in another member's app closed testing.
Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)
- These terms become effective by posting on the Service screen or notifying members through other methods.
- The Service may amend these terms if necessary, and amended terms will be notified in the same manner as in paragraph 1.
- Members who do not agree to the amended terms may discontinue using the Service and withdraw.
Article 4 (Membership Registration)
- Membership registration is done through social login with a Google account.
- By registering, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms and the privacy policy.
- The Service may refuse membership registration in the following cases:
- Using someone else's information
- Having a history of deliberately interfering with Service operations
- Failing to meet other application requirements set by the Service
Article 5 (Service Provision)
The Service provides the following features:
- App registration and tester recruitment
- Tester exchange matching
- Test participation and management
- Communication between members
- Other tasks determined by the Service
Article 6 (Member Obligations)
- Members must have genuine intention to participate in testing when applying for exchange.
- Members must maintain tester status for at least 14 days after participating in testing.
- Members must not falsely report others' apps or write malicious reviews.
- Members must not engage in activities that interfere with normal Service operations.
- Members must not collect, store, or disclose other members' personal information.
Article 7 (Service Usage Restrictions)
The Service may restrict a member's usage or revoke membership in the following cases:
- Repeatedly canceling test participation without notice after applying for exchange
- Registering apps with false information
- Causing harm to other members
- Damaging the reputation of the Service
- Violating these terms
Article 8 (Advertising)
- The Service may display advertisements within the Service to cover operational costs.
- The Service uses third-party advertising services such as Google AdSense and Carbon Ads to display advertisements.
- Third-party advertising services may use technologies such as cookies and web beacons to provide personalized advertisements to users.
- Responsibility for advertisement content lies with the respective advertisers, and the Service is not responsible for issues arising from advertisements.
- Members may refuse cookie usage through browser settings or use ad-blocking tools.
Article 9 (Disclaimer)
- The Service is not liable when it cannot provide services due to force majeure such as natural disasters, war, or telecommunications service interruption.
- The Service does not intervene in disputes between members and is not liable for any resulting damages.
- The Service is provided free of charge, and the Service is not liable for loss of expected profits from using the Service.
- Members are responsible for the reliability and accuracy of information and materials they post.
Article 10 (Dispute Resolution)
- Disputes between the Service and members shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
- Lawsuits regarding disputes between the Service and members shall be filed with the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.
Article 11 (Miscellaneous)
