In principle, the Service destroys personal information without delay after the purpose of collection and use has been achieved.
- Member Information: Until membership withdrawal (except when retention is required by relevant laws)

In principle, the Service does not provide members' personal information to external parties. However, exceptions are made in the following cases:

- When required by law or requested by investigative agencies following legal procedures for investigation purposes
Information disclosed due to the nature of the exchange service: Members' display names and profile pictures are shown to other members during exchange applications and test participation. This is an essential feature of the service.
5. Procedures and Methods for Destroying Personal Information
- Destruction Procedure: When a member requests withdrawal or the purpose of personal information use has been achieved, the information is moved to a separate DB and stored for a certain period according to internal policies and information protection reasons under relevant laws before being destroyed.
- Destruction Method: Personal information stored in electronic file format is deleted using technical methods that prevent record reproduction.
6. Member Rights and How to Exercise Them
Members can exercise the following rights at any time:
- Request to view personal information
- Request correction if there are errors
- Request deletion
- Request suspension of processing

7. Measures to Ensure Personal Information Security
The Service takes the following measures to ensure the security of personal information:
